SUNY Oswego works with many colleges to ensure that transfer students benefit from a successful and seamless transition to Oswego through our dual initiatives, a general program and specific program agreements. We also adhere to SUNY`s seamless transfer policy, which allows SUNY transfer students to have benefits in terms of thinking, transfer credits, foundation paths, transfer and joints. The College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS) is committed to partnering with two-year colleges and community colleges that offer programs consistent with CALS`s mission. An important way to do this is through articulation chords. A articulation agreement corresponds to the course work between schools and aims to help students make a smooth transition during the transition to CALS. If you want to get a bachelor`s degree, help us! Here at Dutchess, our ACT coaches will help you make informed decisions about higher colleges and help you move on to the next stage of admission. Our goal is to make the transfer process smooth for our students. Throughout the year, ACT offers program and information sessions on articulation agreements and higher universities. Transfer 101 – We now provide 101 transfer video to provide this information at your most convenient time.

Our next transfer fair will take place on November 12th. Last year, more than 80 colleges participated. NOTE: Final decisions on the admission of CALS are due to the selection committee alone; Applicants must meet all cornell University and cALS university requirements and standards. Individual transfer advice is only done by appointment. Students are encouraged to attend a 101 transfer workshop before making an appointment.
